August 21st-  Fartlek 5k
Fartlek 5k
This race isn’t officially about flautulence.
The Fartlek -“speed play”- in Swedish, 5K brings the “play like” attributes of this running jargon/training term into a fun family oriented 5K. The event features a 5K Run/Walk and a Fartlek zone (where we will capture the fastest speed play participants) and a fun post-event expo. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and kids in strollers need not be registered.
Race t-shirts are also not officially about cutting the cheese.
Sign up, then invite your friends, smelly or not.
